india Cottage Location

Victorian Ventnor

India Cottage and a view down Grove Road in the Ventnor conservation area

The Island’s Most Southern Town, With Its Own Microclimate

India Cottage is located at the junction of Grove Road and Tulse Hill in a small Victorian enclave within the town's conservation area, quiet, yet only a couple of minutes’ walk from Ventnor town centre and under ten minutes from Ventnor’s sand and shingle beach.

Ventnor is a lovely small seaside town with quirky shops, independent restaurants & bars and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. With a lovely sand & shingle beach, small harbour and great coastal walks. Ventnor is the perfect location for a quintessential English seaside holiday.

Just down Grove Road from India Cottage is the Crab & Lobster Tap, the Island's oldest licensed premises. Serving locals and visitors with equal warmness and humour, it's bound to become your 'local' during your stay.
